These Terms & Conditions govern your booking with Charlie Ibiza Transfers. By completing a booking and accepting these Terms at checkout, you agree to the points set out below. Please read them carefully.
1. Who We Are
Charlie Ibiza Transfers is a transfer booking and coordination service operated by Teodor Pulpea, an independent self-employed professional (autónomo) registered in Spain.

2. Our Role & How Bookings Work
Charlie Ibiza Transfers arranges and coordinates private ground transfers in Ibiza. The actual transport is carried out by licensed transport partners and their professional drivers operating in Ibiza.
When you book through our website, you enter into a contract for the booking and coordination of a transfer. Charlie Ibiza Transfers is responsible for organising your transfer and acting as your single point of contact, while the transport itself is provided by our licensed partner operators.
3. Bookings & Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation from us. Prices shown at checkout are fixed and include the agreed service for the route and vehicle selected.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate pickup details, flight information, dates, times and contact details. We are not liable for missed transfers caused by incorrect information supplied by you.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your card details. All prices are shown in Euros (€) and are inclusive of Spanish IVA at the reduced rate of 10% applicable to passenger transport services. We accept Visa and Mastercard (credit and debit). American Express is not accepted.
By completing payment and accepting these Terms at checkout, you confirm that you are the authorised cardholder, that you have read and agreed to our cancellation and refund policy in Section 5, and that you authorise the charge for the booking. This acceptance is recorded with your booking.
4a. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have any problem with your booking or payment, you agree to contact us first by email at hi@charlieibizatransfers.com so we can resolve it directly. Most issues are resolved quickly this way.
Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us by email, in circumstances where the service was provided as agreed or where you cancelled or failed to attend, is considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases we reserve the right to submit our booking records, your acceptance of these Terms, and our communications with you as evidence to the payment provider, and to recover any resulting costs.
5. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once a booking is paid and confirmed, no refunds are issued for cancellations, changes of plan, late arrivals, or no-shows by the customer.
Rescheduling: We understand plans change. You may request to reschedule your transfer free of charge, subject to availability, provided you contact us by email at hi@charlieibizatransfers.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Reschedule requests made less than 24 hours before pickup will be accommodated only where possible and cannot be guaranteed.
Refund requests: Any refund request must be raised directly with us by email at hi@charlieibizatransfers.com, together with a clear explanation of the issue. Refunds are not automatic and are granted solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a request does not entitle you to a refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU and Spanish law in the event that a confirmed transfer is not provided due to our fault.
6. Waiting Time & No-Shows
For airport pickups, we track your flight and include 60 minutes of free waiting time from the time your flight lands. For all other pickups, we include up to 10 minutes of free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time.
If you cannot be located, do not appear at the pickup point, and cannot be reached by phone or WhatsApp, the transfer will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be due.
7. Your Responsibilities
- Be ready at the pickup point at the agreed time.
- Ensure the number of passengers and luggage matches your booking. Excess passengers or luggage may not be accommodated.
- Behave respectfully towards the driver and vehicle. Drivers may refuse or end service in cases of abusive, dangerous, or illegal behaviour, with no refund.
- Any damage caused to the vehicle by a passenger may be charged to the person who made the booking.
8. Child Seats & Special Requirements
Child seats and other special requirements are available on request and must be requested at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable requests.
9. Liability
We arrange transfers with licensed, insured transport partners. The transport itself is provided by the partner operator and is subject to that operator's own licensing and insurance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Charlie Ibiza Transfers (Teodor Pulpea) acts solely as a booking and coordination service and is not liable for any loss, injury, delay or damage arising from the transport service itself or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, flight or ferry delays, strikes, accidents, or acts of third parties.
Our total liability in connection with any booking shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for that booking. We are not responsible for missed transfers, missed flights or onward connections resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer, late arrival at the pickup point, or failure to be contactable.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
10. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Balearic Islands, Spain.
